What data we collect
Previewcard is a stateless diagnostic tool. It does not operate accounts, sessions, or user profiles.
- URL you submit. The URL you enter in the check form is sent to our server via an HTTP POST request. It is processed in real time and is not stored in any database, log, or cache.
- Page content. When you submit a URL, our server fetches that page to parse its HTML meta tags, and fetches the og:image URL to verify its dimensions. We do not store, cache, or reprocess the fetched content.
- Technical metadata. Our server receives your IP address and standard HTTP request headers as part of normal operation. These are processed in transit and are not logged or stored.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies, tracking pixels, or persistent identifiers. No session data is stored client-side or server-side.
Third-party services
This site loads font files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) for the DM Sans and DM Mono typefaces. Google Fonts may receive your IP address when the font files are requested. No other third-party scripts, analytics, embeds, or trackers are loaded.
Data retention
We retain no data. Each URL check is processed entirely in memory, and all data is discarded when the response is sent. There are no databases, caches, logs, or backups containing user-submitted URLs or check results.
Your rights
Because we store no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or export. If you have questions about this policy, contact the operator through the means provided on this site — no dedicated privacy mailbox exists yet.
Changes to this policy
If the data practices of this service change, this page will be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
